WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (Nov. 21, 2025) – Coldwell Banker Realty proudly announces that sales associates Patrice Footes and Dion Walker-Duncan, affiliated with the company’s White Plains Regional Sales Center, have been elected to the 2026 Board of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) Bronx Realist Professionals. Their two-year terms begin in January. Footes will serve as president, and Walker-Duncan as vice president.

Both professionals bring years of extensive expertise throughout the New York region, earning high marks from buyers and sellers and respect from the real estate community. Footes is also affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty’s Stamford, Conn., office.
